Destemming consists in removing the stalks from the grapes to obtain a more harmonious and less tannic wine.
For this reason the separation must respect the integrity of the grape when separating from its pedicel.
The Puleo VEGA Destemmer – Crushers are suitable for destemming and crushing grape, respecting its original structural features and ensuring maximum quality.
Available with simple hopper (TS), hopper with screw (TC) or with screw for receiving bins (TCB).
VEGA 15
Vega 15 can be available with simple or with draining hopper. This latter is advisable to regulate the feeding in case of grapes mechanically harvested. It is operated by motovariator.
Vega 15 crusher has a different sliding system that takes places on two rails to allow horizontal displacement and to performs crushing/no crushing processes.
